WELCOME TO HEAVEN CITY.
... Or should I say welcome to hell? Heaven City is not what it sounds. The streets are dark and dangerous, enemies and foes lurk around every corner. There is always a fight waiting to happen, always something that's chewing on your back.
If you want to survive, you have two choices. One, stay a loner and never know what's gonna happen. Two, join the ranks of Barbed Wire, where all you have to do is give the Leaders your loyalty and they give you their protection. Even if you know that there's always an enemy from within.
Can you survive?

Heaven City is a literate, pokehound role play. That means that we use hound-like pokemon, and they are played in a pack-like setting. However, HC takes place in a city, and therefore has a 'stray dog' feel to it as well. Some of the themes are a little darker here at Heaven City, but we do welcome new members!
